he said when he started out that he would stop at a certain age and now he just rides his bike all day. i don't think he really hurt his throat, he does guest vocals on some albums and it sounds awesome.

Jamie hooper must've fucked up bad if he hurt his throat to the point where he had to leave the band. i scream like that all the time and my throat is fine. you just gotta take care of your throat and not like drink anything with sugar or soda or anything like that before u go screamin like that. you're throat kills if u had somethin wit flavor to drink before screaming. or if u had somethin cold too. i think his screams are pretty kick-ass. he should come back!!!!! lol
