We waren het carnavalweekend in een hotel in de buurt van Essen. Op zaterdag shoppen in het winkelcentrum Centr(O) in Oberhausen. Die zondag via het stadion in Gelschenkirchenvan Schalke'04 naar de Zeche Zollverein. Dit zijn de kolenmijnen die in 1986 zijn gesloten en nu behoren tot het cultureel erfgoed van de UNESCO. Daarna naar de Villa Hugel dat vroeger behoorde tot de familie Krupp.

  • Nice, i worked there very often, inno it from parts normals havent ether seen, my back hurts by watching that wooden constructions without doing something, that must be very hard work, if u watch duisburg where many parts of the city look like industrial waste -a destroyed enviroment, u see the price what german cities have to pay for such buildings. I wonder why the Allies dont send their bombers on such building instead of the normal peoples-Krupp has been a big Number in that Regime
