As a libertarian-constitutionalist, I applaud Mike's stance.
Ben Franklin is still correct: Those that give up freedom for security end up with neither liberty or safety.
The perfect right of individual members of any American jury to judge the law and the facts in every case must be held inviolable.
As the old Libertarian adage goes there are three boxes vital to life, liberty & property:
1. The Ballot Box;
2. The Jury Box;
3. The Cartridge Box.
'Federal Reserve' delenda est.
