Sorry for the long wait. The best way in my opinion is to cut a normal crayola marker in a forth. Then take the back of it off, and another of the same kind. Put one cap on the forth of a maker fill it up with your powder. Put the cap on the other side and drill a fuse hole. Tape it all up and your done.
