Hosted by Adobe Ambassador Jon Barrie this short video tutorial demonstrates how to make a video clip fit the frame dimensions of an After Effects Comp.

It is just another way to resize video using the amazing rescaling quality of After Effects. This demo is show casing CS4, but this process is the same for all versions of After Effects.
