Perform each exercise for 30 seconds
Beginner - rest 30 seconds btw exercises complete 2 Rounds
Moderate - no rest between exercises - 90 sec rest -3 Rounds
Advanced - no rest between exercises - 90 sec rest -5 Rounds

ROUND 1
KB Around the Head (HALOS) - 30 seconds
KB Alternate Swings - 30 seconds
DBL KB Squat - 30 seconds
KB Cleans Right - 30 seconds
KB Cleans Left - 30 Seconds
Kb Renegade Row - 30 seconds

  • Excellent routine , for the guy who made the comment go heavier ... lol try slinging an 88pound kettle bell around for five rounds, and if u can do that, u just might be able to knock out the ice man . be realistic .. thanks funk, killer workout for strength and conditioning .

  • Get a bigger area to train, looks tight bro...

  • u could build this up with heavier kb, like 44lb, 53lb, 71lb, 88 lb to get extremely tough...
