Works great for me, gave me that extra afterburner for my PT test. No weird side effects either. This combined with Wheybolic Extreme 60 was a good one two punch for both training days and performing. I say my strength and endurance doubled combined with a more conservative nutrition and 6 month training program. I'm not a very big guy and probably won't ever be, but , this stuff helps me make the most of my muscle and has helped me gain lean muscle mass and get rid of the skinny fat.

@xxOMAR313xx Gaspari Nutrition actually recommends superpump250 with it. So you can mix it with another "pump" type product as long as it doesn't have too much arginine in it

it worked well for me but gave me weird red bumps on my face anyone else experience this and no it was not acne just red bumps with no puss.
