the way he pushes on there venom glad... how many does he kill a year by rupturing there glands???

None. He is just massaging the muscles around the gland to stimulate the snake to give venom. Remember that the snake's head is very mobile, so it can look like he is pushing harder than he is. We have had snakes be extracted from for over 20 years here- they are not damaged by extraction.
