Modified 1981 kz750 h2 LTD. Carbs are now syncronized, after trying different jets I settled for 140 main and 40 pilot jets. Swapped ignition to a Dyna-S (old ignitor broke). Mikuni BS34 Carburator from 1982 Kawasaki 750R1, Moriwaki header, Vance and Hines Supersport Muffler from 1990 750 Ninja

  • NICE sounds good

  • @ltd550oo

almost positive there were no kickstarters on kz after 79, but i had a 79 1000 it was easy to kickstart

  • now that sounds good........

  • sounds damm good

  • HMM THANKS...still planning what bike honda or kawasaki lol

  • It's actually quite sturdy, I used 1/4 inch 6061 aluminium for the plates which are held in place by 2 steel bolts using the original footpeg mounting holes. The steel bolts would be grinding over the pavement since they are sticking out from the plate. I don't plan on testing it though ;) .

  • wouldnt that break in a crash?

  • Sorry, was thinking of passenger foot pegs, should read more carefully.

I installed a pair of rearsets from a cbr1000rr using adapterplates I made out of aluminium.
