Got Me Going Crazy: {Cant Have You}[10 part 1]

Whoo! That was fun to write, and more… detailed and satisfying. I love it when my writing comes out so well. :3 So, now Mary’'s settled. Though what are her thoughts on this matter? Is she really okay with it? It’s time to find out what happens in Chapter 10!

Chapter Ten: Hints

Overall POV

At that point the guys and girls kind of separated…... their groups were only half intentional. The intentional part was Kate automatically going to Kevin; they were left alone as Sophia began flirting with Joe. Mary sat down on a couch, thinking about what just happened with her head in her palms. Nick, feeling a bit left out, walked over and sat down next to her. (AN: each of these POVs are happening at the same time.)

Kevin POV

I smiled. It was so great being with my one true love again. I bet she didn’'t realize how much I’'d thought of her ever since I let her go. As she walked over to me again, I stood up and met her halfway into her path. We both smiled and she rested her arms on my shoulders like she used to.

Kate: So, how’'s life been?
Kevin: Horrible without you, but overall okay. *grins*
Kate: *flirty smile* Oh, so you did remember me.
Kevin: *sarcastic* As much as I didn’'t want to, unfortunately, yes.
Kate & Kevin: *laugh*
Kate: Oh, you haven’t changed one bit.
Kevin: Nor have you.

At that point I remembered something Kate loves.

Kevin: Hey, you want to go get some Starbucks after your friend’'s done with Joe? *points to the flirty couple*
Kate: Knowing her we may not get out of here till the Year 3000!

We both laughed. I’'d always loved how Kate had both a serious side and a funny side. Like a combination of Joe and Kevin. I remember how that was the reason I fell in love with her.

Kevin: So it’s a date?
Kate: Well I wouldn'’t say date, we aren’'t really a couple anymore.
Kevin: We can be anything you want to be.

And then I just reached for her waist, pulled her in and kissed her right on the lips. I was glad she didn’'t resist, and while I knew she would’'ve been willing to make out right then and there, I decided it wasn’'t the right time. Wow, she'’s a good kisser! I almost forgot what it felt like.

Joe POV

Wow. I never actually thought the day would come when someone actually made better comebacks then me. Sophia and I were throwing teasing insults back and forth, which by the way was quite fun.

Sophia: Okay, so what is the funniest thing you’'ve seen in your life.
Joe: Well, it’s a tough choice, but I’'ve gotta say… your outfit.
Sophia: And the runner up?
Joe: Your FACE!
Sophia: Woow, like I’'ve never heard that before Danger. Everyone has improved on that joke. Catch up, why doncha?
Joe: Well, what’'s the funniest thing you’'ve seen in your life?
Sophia: It sure ain'’t you.
Joe: Ohhh! Man, that hurts!
Sophia: Oh, it should. That burn was custom made.
Joe: Heh, but it looks like you’'re the one Burnin Up!
Sophia: Oh please, if you’'re trying to flirt stick with your library card.
Joe: Oh, I sure have it. And I’'m che-
Sophia: Yada yada! *yawns* Please tell me you aren'’t trying.
Joe: Oh, you’re just TRYING to resist my charm.
Sophia: Charm? A guy who can do that- *points to Kevin and Kate kissing*- has charm. Man, you'’re more irresistible as a nerd then you are a rockstar!
Joe: Ahh, but I’'m still irresistible?
Sophia: Never said that.
Joe: Are you trying to get on my nerves?
Sophia: And if I was?
Joe: Then I'’d have to get you back for it.
Sophia: Good luck with that.

Nick POV

As I sat down next to Mary I couldn’'t help but grin at her. She was pretty cute. I wonder how old she was...… she was younger than me, that I know, but there was something about her that made her seem like we were aged closely. Maybe her attitude.

Nick: Hey.
Mary: Uh… hi. Sounds like the crowd liked your song.
Nick: Yeah, that was the reaction Joe was expecting.
Mary: What about Kevin?
Nick: He never said. Too caught up in his memories of Kate, I guess.
Mary: Mmm…...
Nick: Something on your mind?
Mary: You seem to talk about songs a lot.
Nick: *grins* You were the one who mentioned music.
Mary: *blushes* Yeah, I guess.
Nick: So, it looks like Kev and Kate are having a nice reunion. *motions to the kissing*
Mary: I can imagine they would.
Nick: Are you usually this quiet?
Mary: Wha? Oh, no, I'’ve just never talked to a Rockstar. Did you do that before you became one? It'’s quite nerve wracking.
Nick: Yeah, I did. But I wasn’'t that nervous. *grins again*
Mary: *blushes harder* Oh, uh…...

She looked really cute then. Unfortunately Kate then broke into the conversations looking quite happy.

Kate: Hey guys, it'’s time to go.

The next part wasn'’t so bad.

Kate: Let’'s head to Starbucks now.

Yeah, once again, only part one, oh well. One more part to go! I want three comments to get the next chapter up! Err, part, at least! COMMENT!
