  • Is there a reason you used a yellow primer? My car is silver - should I use a gray or something completely different? THANKS!

  • @SROD12321 You should use gray primer for a silver car, you can use the yellow but if you do you might need more paint to cover it. Watch out for shaddowing, this is another term for not enough paint and the primer is still visable, look at the paint from all angles to make sure you have covered it. Another little trick is to use a torch to look for the primer, if you cant see any you have covered it.
