While delivering our products to a customer located just a few miles from Phil's Dream Pit, we were treated to some carry out food from Phil's. I was so impressed, that after our business was finished, I went to Phil's Dream Pit and bought some smoked pork, and some beans to take home with me all the way to Michigan.. I wish I could have brought back a truck load to share with my family and friends. If I ever get back to Eastern Tennessee,, I know where I will be eating a few meals!
