Chef Adam shows you how to whip up one of Baltimore's most famous culinary delights, Crab Cakes. Learn how to do it right, with plenty of Old Bay. Visit http://oldbay.com for more recipes.
The video has apparently omitted where the Old Bay is added to the mix. The recipe on the Old Bay website calls for 1 tsp but I like to use quite a bit more, plus an extra dusting of Old Bay immediately after removing from the pan. Yummz!
Wow, I just got hoodwinked into watching ANOTHER "How to make Authentic Maryland Crab Cakes", from so-called "Crab Cake Man."
His video is an even bigger fail than yours, as he dumps this "essential" pre-mix from a jar into a mixing bowl and whips an egg with it.
He NEVER says what is actually IN the jar, just as you conveniently leave out showing adding 'Old Bay' entirely.
Guys do you REALLY think you're teaching folks?
You should be tied up & dumped naked into a bathtub FULL of live crabs

you're a douche!
you start your video saying one of the main ingredients is "old bay", yet you never add the old bay??
OH BUT WAIT, THE "SECRET INGREDIENT" IS "BAKING POWDER"!!!
queer.
