This video seems to be about how Tim Rogers can say "Ikebukuro" many times and ramble on about nothing.
If he can speak Japanese, he could do that and maybe communicate more efficiently.

He does a regular article for games tm magazine in the UK. Thats how I got to know about him. Some consider him self important, I think those people are pretty fucking dull in that case.
