Wonderful Dressage Prospect
Calm and quiet on the trails
4 months of professional training

Devi Lal, barn name Habibi, is a very sweet and willing gelding with a large soft eye. He is very trusting and tries hard to please. He has had 4 months of professional training and has been trail ridden at the LBJ National Grasslands on the trails several times since he came home from the trainer. He is currently owned by his breeder. Habibi was sired by Teodoro's Hechizo that swept the Andalusian National Championships of 2004 and 2008, winning Dressage Suitability and 5 other National Titles. Teodoro's Hechizo is also a Pura Raza Espanola PRE approved breeding stallion. Teodoro is currently a 3 rd level dressage horse and won the Houston Dressage Society Spring Classic 2 nd Level Muscial Freestyle with a score of 79.176%. Habibi inherited his sire's gaits, willing mind and trainability. His gaits are incredibly smooth. When Hank rode him on trail for the video, he went into a good working trot and said "watch this -- I could sit this trot all day!" and that is from someone that always posts the trot.

Arabian Cross, Andalusian, Dressage Horse, Trail horse, for sale, Dallas Ft. Worth Texas, USA

He would be perfect for someone that wants to become a serious dressage rider, but enjoys occasional outings on the trail with friends. Even though it was 100 degrees when we did his video he was very light on his cues and very forward moving on the trail and seemed to be really happy to be out working (of course we think he gets this from his Half-Arab dam).
