I love Witchcraft + Armageddon. There are some goofy elements in it, but it does the Charmed/Buffy/Angel/Supernatural type games pretty well.

I have had grand times, in my 30+ years of gaming, with low powered and medium powered games .. the high powered stuff has simply never been to my taste

You're a moron. Why would you ever want to run/play anything that WASN'T OTT and high-powered??? I mean, wow, you must hate awesome.

Okay, this game sounds way too OTT for words. Decent review -- I now know that I wouldn't want to run it/play it, but something that high-powered just give me hives...

Actually, the big bad is Leviathan according to this game. And if it wakes, reality dies. All of it, including the cthulu mythos if you were to include it.

One correction: the "Armageddon: the End Times" corebook is not the only product available for this game, it's just the only one put out by Eden Studios.
