  • mls wont have a super club intill its a super league because of the salary cap.

also mls is as good as scotland and denmark. mls is the most underated league because no one likes the usa and are willing to except there getting good at soccer

  • Seriously...Yank or Brit...Whatever...It doesn't matter what you call the game soccer...football..It is the same game. And people fighting over its names and league quality is disgraceful. In the U.K there is much better talent...I'll give you that. In the U.S many games are played in 90+ degree weather with high humidity...It is a bit more hard on your body and being fit is even more important But at the end of the day...Your playing or watching a great game so shut up and stop bitching

  • MLS needs the relegation-Promotion thing. Connect that with the USL and probably bring back the NASL then that would not only help expand soccer here but will also make the MLS a more competitive league. So MLS would be like the Premier League. The NASL would be the Championship League, and the USL 1st, 2nd, and 3rd division would be the lower leagues.

  • stop comparing mls to other leagues in other countries... the other countries have better competition because they run a free market.. the MLS uses salary cap.. teams dont have a seemingly endless budget to go fish out the best of the best, but we do put out a good product.. Im glad that 2-3 teams don't run wild every year.. its like if you watch the EPL you know Man U and Arsenal are gonna be up at the top year in and year out.. whats the fun in that?

  • @CultOfZach SPORTS MATTERS IF YOU'RE GONNA COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHER COUNTRIES

  • @hatecore27 we're the number one country tho bitch. Sports don't matter.

  • AMERICANS IN AMERICA ARE THE ONLY ASSHOLES IN THE WORLD WHO CAN'T SEEM TO SEE PAST THEIR OWN BOUNDRIES. e.g. american sports is not number one, american athletes are not number one. come i mean if AMERICAN FOOTBALL is sooo great funny how in africa with the population that consist 90 % black do not even play that sport, in africa soccer is bigger in the world soccer is bigger than shitty talentless american sports.

  • @Borrelaas I agree, I'm thinking it might be a because of the NFL and it would confuse them if they heard MLF, but honestly whoever gets confused over that is a dumbass

  • See the problem with people in America when it comes to football is that we call "football" soccer, we expect way too much from a league thats been around for 13 years and still has a lot to improve on, and we are so concerned with making money sometimes that we ruin international clubs and our own league (way too much emphasis on All-Star games and friendlies).

  • MLS is a disgrace, nobody who plays football calls it soccer, soccer is an ugly name

It should be called MLF, Mayor League Football

  • @idliwyrmb assuming this originated from some1 trashing US for talent as well as the term soccer...here's a history lesson, "soccer" came from an England term. There was Association Football and Rugby Football...Eventually people just said football and rugby. When soccer came to US, we had a sport dubbed football, so we shortened association football to soccer, the same way the Brits shortened it to football and rugby...Im so sick of hearing all this shyt b/c of jargon. Does it really matter?
