(Reuters) - The euro hit a two-month high above $1.36 on Friday on hopes the euro zone will find a durable solution for its debt crisis, while world stocks gained as robust GE earnings foreshadowed a stronger U.S. economy.

Good point on the labor. I had a contract to do demo work on a strip mall in upstate New York.

I put a sign out in front of the mall "Laborers Needed - $8 An Hour". This is comperable to 15-18 an hour on the books. By the end of the week I had 50 guys ripping the place apart. At the end of the day they got payed cash in full.

If the pay was to low people wouldn't have showed or came back. If you stoof out you got a raise a and more resposibiy. I had a guy there with one hand... Anyone can work
