Are these words of Virginia Clemm written down somewhere? I can't catch all the words from the singing. The video is very poignant, and made me cry. i feel so sorry she died at only 24 and that Poe had such a sad ending.

I agree to the fact that within his work was much mystery, but to call it horrifing is a far cry from anything he ever wrote. His work was beautiful, not because it was dark but because his soul was in his work and out of this troubled soul was left to the world a gift of sheer beauty. There is a brilliant light that surrounds him and his work, words that will forever echo into eternity. Brighter than our very sun than will one day shine no longer.

It is quite disgusting. But, a lot of the enduring art that makes a difference to certain human beings are always the ones that come from a genuine place. The "art" made or written for a quick buck becomes a fad and little more. I have faith that the crap is temporary, but the treasure(like Poe), is forever.
