Update on this video: the kitten died 2 days later from burned retina exposure.

@Rodrizona Actually not, 2 days later he was fine and happy, but a couple of weeks later he ran away and sadly he never returned. I collect many stray cats and feed many other street cats, and still I get sad on each one that's gone...

You expose your self to the same risk as the kitten? So you stare at the dot from less than a foot away and chase after it where it could accidentally hit you in your under developed, over sensetive eyes? I think not... Personally I think it's stupid. If you want to use a laser to play with a kitten, get a 1mW pointer. Not a $500 laser that might as well be laboratory grade...
