@NigelJolene Late reply, not been on YouTube for a while, but thanks! :) Sadly I didn't get accepted, but got an UCL offer instead... the interview was really quite tough at Cambridge. Well, one of the two anyway, but felt quite awe-inspiring to spend a night in one of their ancient colleges though (I stayed overnight at Magdalene College). So dissapointing but what can I do, everyone has dreams, some live them, most dream them. Maybe next year. =)

its like its very difficult to be admitted in your school

As a sixth form student wanting to read English at Cambridge, that was bitterly painful to watch! It was drawing blood from a stone. He should have explored the questions more deeply and formulated his responses more fully and confidently; he appeared slightly out-of-his depth. Even if it was acting! But it was still very informative as to the system.

I think all the people who have been commenting seem more intelligent than this actor. Note that Cambridge don't want you to be stressed - so they show a dummed down interview, to tranquilise one's mind! :)

@shebzydon thanks for cheering me up lol :p

@HolyRanger7- Well I'm sure if you meet the requirements (I think its 4 A*s in maths, chemistry, biology and physics- with extensive work experience, extra curricular reading and a great personality) then you've got nothing to worry about(!) I know this because a close friend of mine is applying to Cambridge this year for medicine. Still, its always good to start preparing now I suppose.

@shebzydon lol I was hoping to study anything which is relevant to medical sciences but we'll see :P medical examiner or genetic enginner or a doctor xD
-
@HolyRanger7- Ah right. What you thinking of studying?

@SwedishVids I applied to do phd at cambridge, but I couldn't answer 2 of the questions asked, so I missed my chance. Then I applied at sheffield, with the same project proposal and they accepted me. It's alright, after all I still do the same project and my supervisor at sheffield graduated from cambridge :-)
