In 2009, Nikki Goeser was forced to witness the murder of her husband, who was gunned down by a man that was stalking her. To this day, Goeser wonders whether she could have saved her husband's life. She is licensed to carry a gun but had left her firearm in her car because TN law forbid her from carrying in the bar. Her husband's killer didn't obey the law, and Nikki was left defenseless.

  • she should really got alk to that bitch, Rebecca Peters

  • The mentally libtarded believe that if you take the guns away from everyone, that gun violence will just go away. What a bunch of fucking imbeciles! The only ones who will have guns then will be the criminals! When the governments of South Africa, Australia, England and Canada took gun rights away from law abiding citizens, guess what the fuck happened? That's right, violent crimes and home invasions escalated. Gee, what a fucking surprise! Liberalism is a mental disorder. Don't catch it.

  • I think the "no gun in alcohol establishment" makes sense because it can prevent otherwise law-abiding carriers from making deadly mistake when they are under influence.

  • I support gun right but I do question if we really should let people carry in environment fueled with alcohol like in a bar.

Alcohol makes people do stupid things and acting foolishly with firearm is not an exception.

  • @alko053 Man, what are you smoking... somebody bumped your head, dude.

  • I suggest the US government and the anti-gun dumb asses to go after the criminals and try to disarm them first then I just MIGHT give up my guns afterwards. FUCK YOU!

  • @72ford360 I was about to post about this, but it looks like you answered my question by responding to someone else. The problem however is that with restaurants like that there is always also a separate bar within them. So you can see why such a law would exist. I mean what if someone were to go and ask for a table and then within the crowded mess just walk on over to the bar or vice versa? Where does one draw the line?

  • It was not a BAR, she clearly stated it was a restaurant that serves alcohol, like Chili's or Applebee's. Most states ban any establishment that serves alcohol. Thankfully, here in Georgia they understand the difference. If I take my wife and kids to Applebee's, why should the fact someone else can drink there, deny me my right to protect myself. Bars are different. The main purpose of a BAR is to drink alcohol, thus the 21 age limit.
