I helped out some during Speed Percussion's 2008 season, and contributed this quad solo to their "Night of Percussion" fund raiser.

  • didnt you march for Rythm X? I was there the night you played this and still remember meeting you

  • @brogge11 there really quads, well atleast only reason there still called quads is because they didnt have a sprick and a sprock and now they added them so they said meh keep quads. i dont call them quads i call them tenors.

  • @brogge11 even if there are more than 4 of them most people call them quads. the more accepted term is tenors. if you watch Blue Smoke about the 07 BD line, even Tim Jackson calls them quads because the focus is the main four drums.

    dumbass

  • @brogge11 your the type of person that thinks because he just found out that tenors sometimes have 5 or 6, means that there are not called quads. THERE ARE 4 MAIN DRUMS!! the spocks are added to enhance quality of sound. if you know who Tim Jackson (you probably dont) he has a video on this. HE SAYS QUADS!!!! look it up

  • Why don't you people stop arguing about what to call the instrument and just recognize the kid has MAD SKILLS?!

  • @brogge11 The smaller drums inside the main arc vary in size and number but the 4 main drums are always the same so it's actually quite common to refer to all multi-tenor sets as Quads even when there are 5 or 6 drums. Know what you're talking about before you start calling other people dumbasses, dumbass.

  • Did you march Rhythm X?

  • Where did you march dude? You're really good.

  • @brogge11 Tim Jackson calls them quads dude. He marched BD and they use 6 drum setup. So chill, haha.

  • Haters gonna hate
