excellent puch.. it create more than friction,,, trust i have seen a punch bach jump from that punch.. its hrd because of the screw timing.. put your screwing has lost mostv of its energy due to your timing.. at the moment of impact your palm should be perpendiculal to the floor and your elbow still bent,,, this ensures maximun potential for the screw,,soon as the impact occures twist the fist and thrust with shoulder and hips whilest extending the arm,, but most boxers dont use it..
