Very nice actually. Could do with some minor improvements, but i was intrigued to see how fast the roof went up - which is usually the most trying part ot a build. I don't understand the negative comments.
Great video, this is how most budget houses are built in the UK now as well. With a good slab, the weight is spread so well that even if the concrete shrinks slightly it wont effect the frame.
Not a problem. This is a very light construction. Concrete hardens quickly, in a few hours to 80% stength, then progressively over the next few weeks achieves the balance. Most engineers calculate with sufficient spare strength for builders to work at this sort of pace.

You can build quick house extensions now using slimline masonry joints - they're usually ready to finish a week after starting.
