The majority of the residents are Dominicans, there are celebrities like you say but they are not majority. Julio Iglesias live in Los Corales in Punta Cana, not Casa de Campo

casa de campo is not for the poor, trust me, i went on vacation there with a friend and the homes tend to range over half a million dollars in that neighborhood. the people who own are mostly tourists, celebrities and business men from around the world. its considered the best kept secret in the carribean. you also get cool neighbors like the sinatra family, julio eglesias, shakira etc. i want to retire there someday....

hey im doing a project on the dominican republic. are those homes that tourists own? or who owns them? what makes those people different from those who live in poorer areas? like are they business men? foreigners?
