@lacouerfairy, Luke Kruytbosch used to be the announcer at Churchill before he passed away in 2008. The announcer is Mark Johnson

You need to understand that there is a difference between calling for TV and calling for the track. When you call for the track you need to describe the action for the people at the track and watching via simulcast. There's no need to go all mental like the TV calls you've heard. In fact, 99 percent of the people who are listening to don't care what you sound like so long as you're accurate.
