thinking of joining the peace corps?

SORRY about the minute of bars & tone in the beginning but stick with it PLEASE for an insight into my mindset. It was a class video intended for VHS!

I was about to finish college and was planning on going into the Peace Corps to find some meaning in this world.

@DougWardBlammo Wow! I have done three tours as a PCV in an 18 year period and never noticed that. Wait, I didn't notice that because it never happened. Only in the minds of people that refuse to accept things the way they are.

I hate when the peace corp and military do not get along. Too many egos out there. Hoorah military, but long live peace corps.

in general, if you dont agree with humanitarian aid because its all organized by "nazi's" perhaps you shoudl actually shut your mouth and COMMEND those who actually put their asses on the line to help others instead of sitting behind your computer commenting about how crappy it is. you want to insult american lifestyle? your living it. think before you speak.

The peace corp used to be a damn fine org. These days it's like everything else USA. Bullshit, lies, and empty promises.........Hope and Change.

Many of the kids I meet that are serving down here wouldn't do it again because it's run by idiot power freaks that want to be Nazi's when they grow up.The TSA and IRS should recruit some of them !

It's a shame but it's the new American way. Failure on all fronts.
