That machine is an odd ball, but seems to function. WHat I really liked was the ground exact ammount of selected bean types approach. Too bad my custommers would rebel if i taked that much time asking and grinding coffe for each and every one of them. :P
1) Do you really grind finer than a paper filter for your Clover?
2) Do you regularly use the phrase 'specific expression of the terrior' with customers?
3) Is there an advantage to dumping the grounds into the brew chamber from such a height? ... Do you find there is quite a mess with darker roasted coffees?

Well you have to educate them... and they'll understand... if they want a specialty drink they'll have to wait a couple of minutes.

3 quick questions:
1) Do you really grind finer than a paper filter for your Clover?
2) Do you regularly use the phrase 'specific expression of the terrior' with customers?
3) Is there an advantage to dumping the grounds into the brew chamber from such a height? ... Do you find there is quite a mess with darker roasted coffees?
