A new industrial park in Haiti will create jobs, but is it leading the country in a "race to the bottom"?

When you have nothing and no hope in sight you have to hold on to whatever you can find. The $5 a day is not much, but it can help preserve many children from dying of malnutrition. Some families may even manage to send their kids to school from the $5 wage. The plan does not offer much; I am not saying it is the best project for the people of Haiti, but it is a good start for those who have absolutely not hope. OLGALCND.
