@whoppers1000 Don't bring these lenses to a wedding if you are "the photographer".. Weddings are only for professional level lenses. Portraits don't come out nice. If you get one get lens correction, could find on Photoshop, try DXO..I'm using it with DXO, without I would leave these lenses at home..

Portraits are bad. Without lens correction this product as much as others fail in quality. You don't miss a shot ok but don't expect quality. I own one, not sure I did the right thing really. I have to thank DXO correcting the defect but still I know I need better than this. Better spend 3 times more for a more professional zoom.

Does the lens aperture stay the same through out the entire zoom?

Wow - that's the worst interlacing problem I've seen for a very long time. NEVER shoot interlaced!
