Brilliant video, thanks so much! I've been trying to say all these things too, lately, especially the 'suddenly gay now' thing. Another point I've addressed is the idea that in a monogamous relationship we won't be satisfied because we'll miss the 'other' gender. I had to explain this bit to my (otherwise liberal and understanding) father, saying that'd be tantamount to him missing sleeping with all the other women he fancies and that it's rubbish because one chooses a person, not a gender.

I think the term pansexual is a great one. I'm attracted mainly to women and transgender women, so I did call myself bisexual - I realize now that's insulting to transgender women - but I now describe myself as pansexual after I came across the term.

Brilliant and well said! I find it odd that so many hold such weird prejudices and assumptions about sexuality. I've heard recently someone's theory that many women have what can be described as "fluid" sexuality - meaning changing throughout a lifetime. This has been true for me. Straight - bi - straight. But kinda open. ;o) it's all good.

well done. this is a little war between st8 and the gay community, and they love to recruit people. making bi's invisible.

Love this. I'm a gay man & you're spot on about LGTs being more hostile towards bi.s. I used to tell myself I was bi, like a lot of gay people who tell you to pick a side just cos they had to. After accepting I'm gay I did indeed think that bi.s had it easier & resented this. I think gays who are anti-bi are still dealing with their own issues & don't stop to think that a bi who falls for an opposite-sex after being with a same-sex has to deal with being labelled as going back into the closet.
