I Use Photoshop and i think the PS Result looks way better.

Thanks to this video I now will use the Value mode. But when using the eraser tool use the furry brush setting, it helps blend the face with picture a bit more.

In GIMP click the "Windows" tab and click "Dockable Dialogs" there will be a long list of dockable dialogs, and choose "Layers" from the list. Hope that helps. :)

MalGalin...I have tried to put a "Man on the moon" but I have not executed it right. I was thinking you could do something like this video...but with the moon.

Should be fairly straight forward. I'm reluctant to put up another video showing the same technique using different images, since I don't really like to repeat myself or others if possible, but I might if I get a free minute and I'm bored.
The key is just to play around with the layer modes really, and apply a good gaussian blured layer mask to the edge of the face your implanting...see Enselic's face replace tutorial for more on layer masks

HELP ME PLEASE i have gimp but i cant use it because when i start it it says windows need to close... i have reinstalled and restarted my pc

I'm afraid I have no idea. I suggest you try asking on a tech forum, or possible even a dedicated Gimp forum.
