LOL XD No, I'd go on a limb here ;) and say that they eat them eventually or export the bloody things, I doubt that they just throw them away :) But I do appreciate the mental image XD

you don't use the front legs and you roast the back legs. When I was in Australia my family baked it with potatoes, Australians love lamb almost as much as Europeans :)
