  • I've had the pleasure of seeing him twice, both times outdoors (once at night). Magic.

  • The soft drone in the song is absolutely brilliant! Unique and rare musicianship!

  • Thanks so much! I'm a long time fan, '84 and 'Safe Journey'. I was fortunate to see Steve and Marc minus the bassist in downtown Chicago 1990 and early '91 at a short lived club named Beneath the Looking Glass. They did this, Test and a good portion of 'YR' and 'Exploded View'. Also several tunes from 'Big Map Idea'. Two of the best concerts I've ever seen. Most gratifying to see this video.

  • OH YEAH

  • I've been a Tibbetts/Anderson fan since 1986. It's always been very transcendent and powerful music for me. I actually got to see Steve and Marc play in Detroit at the magic bag theatre...It was genius with delays and footpedals. In 1995 my very first email name was "sphexes", taken from the yr album. I use the same name to this date.

  • "...and the power of the vision shall pass into their souls" - Joshua Chamberlain

  • I have been a casual fan since 1995, but these videos make me want to listen to Steve's music EVERY day!

  • listened to safe journey as the sun came up on Lake Wabaskang, Ontario Canada on my 35th birthday. great memory as the mist over the lake about 4 feet as far as the eye could see. cannabis and walleye. i f there is heaven on earth, i have experienced it then, so very special music for healing broken hearts or lost souls. thanks steve and company. also saw steve and marc tour live in san francisco/87?. wow man, life is great for memories like that. thanks again and please release more music soon.

  • See, the '80s weren't all bad!

  • perfect trio. steve, marc, bob...soulful music, rhythms and sounds. such powerful languages. sincere thanks.
