if one LED or few LEDs burns out or black out,,,

it is a NO replacement LED at all

  • @bestamerica You cannot replace the LEDs in the LED bulbs.

  • 100,000 hours in LED terminology means until the LED finally goes dark. In Laymans terms, that means the LED will be bright for about 60,000 hours, then get dimmer and dimmer as it approaches 100,000 hours, then finally burns out.

  • Well not true. LEDs never really burn out. 100,000 hours means that at the end of 100,000 hours the LED if you run it properly should only lose 30% of its light output. This is for Red, Yellow orange, Green and Blue LEDs. White LEDs will last 50,000 hours if run properly. LEDtronics designs it's LED bulbs properly so they will last.

  • @LEDtronics have these been actually tested for 100khrs?

  • @kakureru Why yes we have tested our LED bulbs. We have been making LED bulbs since 1983, over 27 years. We have some bulbs that are in our demo room that are still on and its been over 200,000 hours.

  • @kakureru Yes, LEdtronics has been manufacturing LED bulbs for over 27 years and we have many LED bulbs in our show room that have been on for over 100,000 hours. We also have many customers who been using our LED bulbs for over 20 years.
