  • I did for the first time the other day. I train every day (I do spinning, lift weights, run, swim, hike etc etc) but this is probably the toughest thing I have ever done (and to be fair, the class I did wasn't quite as complicated as this video!!!).

  • everytime i do bosu i feel so fruity but i like it and it gets my heart pumping

  • Gay or not, I just tried a workout half this hard at the Y and it almost killed me. Those are some really fit people doing the video!

  • @bboyshow its not just movies its also like that in real classes. the exam for a fitness instructor is the gayest thing going!!

  • I was trained to teach group x on the BOSU by Rob Glick back in 2001. He's a great trainer/instructor. Keep up the great work Rob!
