If you can weather the first few of strum turns and start creating med tanks and anti airs a lot it gets quite easy about 30 turns for me he kept running away

That may be a good strategy...but if you're shooting for a high rank, that will absolutely kill your speed score.

I just had a thought, perhaps your bombers are more valuable than your fighter, plus they're hardier, maybe you should use them as shield once all the enemies air units are gone?Also, is it just me or are anti-air units overpowered?they're like tank that kill air units in one shot and don't take any damage from copters.

The enemy air units can be a real problem in this battle since they seem to go for my weaker units (my infantry) which I need to capture properties and get more money per turn, hence why I made fighters to take them out. Bombers, though powerful, can't attack air units and if an anti-air gets thrown in the mix, you can kiss your bomber good-bye. Since air units are so expensive, you need to make a judgment call on what unit to build depending on the situation.
