Oops...HostGator was not to blame...I did not know that you need to pay the invoice when paying through paypal....there were no instructions on this...now I have to build my website and it I have found a template I like...it says dowload, now do I save or open..Man, this is a trip...thanks for being so daggone fast..mad love to you
