I created this animated "Ad" for Grounded Creativity as a way of showing what we do - through images and music rather than through words.
Chris Nichols and Mark Harmer, founders of Grounded Creativity, invite people in organisations to use art and music as a way of revealing how they work with others. This approach can be used as a way of exploring and uncovering what's going on in organisations: for example, Grounded Creativity has been used to understand the impact of organisational values at local level in a university, to help a large airline explore its response to new competition, and to explore how individuals might respond to pressure within their teams.
