  • I like this format! I don't mean to sound ADHD or anything, but there are a lot of people who want to ramble on and on and there is only so much time in the day. Yeah many topics deserve 15, 30, 45 minutes but this was right on point and these short clips give people tidbits to practice instead of overwhelming them with a lot of theory. Thanks!

  • Great tip! Punching in that manner is also healthier for the shoulder. Straight punching in an upward manner is not only hard on the shoulder but also causes the punch to land on the middle knuckle rather than on the top knuckle. Not good when punching bare knuckle. Would love to hear your thoughts on bare knuckle punching.
