Cute rat massage - Elliot

Elliot now gets so relaxed when I give him a massage than I can put him on his back. It makes him look like a soft toy (look at the white on his tummy!), and I love the way his little feet are sticking up in the air.

So Cute! I wish My rat would get all floppy when I pet him! But he wont sit with me long enough for me too... any advice?

Thank you for the comment! I think it might just be in his nature to flop, because for example I can't do it with my other rat. Maybe you need to wait for your rat to get a little bit older? The older they get, the cuddlier and floppier they get too. I just started doing this massage one day and Elliot stopped wriggling instantly as if he'd been hypnotised. Just keep trying! And say hello to your rat for me.

No prob! He's going to be a year old in January! His name is Dunkyn, and He's adorable and Hooded <3

But he could be all wiry because I just brought home a baby friend for him in the middle of oct, (He was single all his life, So I dont blame him for being all spazzy now) And they baby is just to hyper now for me to even try.
