What I don't like about your video is people watch it and now every truck they see is unsafe and going to kill them which is simply untrue. Trucks log billions of miles annually and the safety record continues to improve, yet no mention of that in you video is there. Your an ambulance chaser any way you cut it and if that pisses you off too bad that's my opinion.

I have been a truck driver for over 20 years with ZERO accidents or tickets while operating a CMV. So don't tell me I don't know or appreciate truckers. I have forgotten more than you will ever know about it. I know there are unsafe drivers and trucks but I also know that over 80% of fatal crashes between trucks and cars are caused by the cars driver.

@WyomingLawyers ahh..and you are also right ..there are some drivers out there who dont do the pre-trips and like you mentioned cause accidents, and they rightly should be prosecuted. i just started in the trucking industry not long ago and already ive noticed everyone always seems to blame the truck driver. im sorry if my comment offended you and i do agree with the video.. i wish us truckers could get representation like that

on a limb here and say, it is you that does not appreciate a good and responsible truck driver because I think that you think that all truck drivers deserve to be on the road and, guess what, you would be wrong again. SG

If you are thinking that I only sue truckers you would be wrong; if you are thinking we do not represent truckers, you would be wrong; and, if you do not think that bad or poorly maintained brakes do not cause deadly truck accidents, you...would be wrong. I am going to go out

what these so called lawyers fail to mention ..is that despite the publics assumption that the big bad truck drivers out there to kill them.....its not always and is RARELY the truck drivers fault in an accident...more ofthen then not its due to some idiot who cuts the trucker off ..and no brakes " air leak' or not..will save you then.

@dueltruck700 Dear Dueltruck700 - You are correct that I did not mention it and you are also correct that auto drivers do, just like all types of drivers, stupid and negligent acts. We turn away many persons that come to us seeking assistance because they [the car driver] were at fault and caused the accident. I hope that you agree with the rest of the video.
