Pretty damned impressive juggling skills, but the purpose of a bartender is to make and serve drinks. In tis respect he massivly fails; it takes him 5 minutes to make a 30 second drink, what's that about?

@MunkenDrunkey Normally for Bartending competitions, there are many categories, from cocktail making to flairing. This in particular is the Flair category, where every contestant is given about 5 minutes to do a routine and end with a cocktail.
Judging wise, contestants are judges mainly on their routine, but the end result, meaning the drink, must also be of certain standards, if it tastes bad, the bartender has lost the objective. =)
