This song mentions several attractions of Yunnan Province of China (e.g. Lugu Lake, Mount Yulong, Lijiang River, Butterfly Spring). Yunnan (云南) in Chinese literally means "South of the Clouds". So the romantic story mentioned in this song happens in Yunnan Province of China.

I really love this MV, which was shot at Napa Tso (纳帕措). Napa Tso in Tibetan means "a lake behind forest". It locates at Shangri-La (香格里拉), Yunnan Province of China. The scenary there is so beautiful that it looks like a Heaven on earth.

The big drum in this MV is 10 meters wide and 2 meters high. It was made for this MV. After shooting the MV, this drum was given to local Tibetan farmers as a small gift. XU Qianya said, local Tibetans told her that they are the people nearest to the sky. When they stand on the big drum, they can even touch the blue sky and hold it in hands.

The handsome youngsters in this MV are local Tibetans. Although these Tibetan youngsters did not get any professional training of dance before, they quickly learned the dance after the teacher gave them some instructions. Their excellent dance gave the song an appropriate interpretation.

XU Qianya said that the simpleheart characters, the wild charms, and the pure hearts of these Tibetans attracted her. Their passion motivated her during the shooting of this MV. XU Qianya told journalists that "I was courted by several Tibetan boys. They sung romantic Tibetan love songs to me and even invited me to sing Question-and-Answer songs with them". When the journalist asked her whether she fell in love with these Tibetan boys, she smiled, "Certainly, they are so cute"!

This song is not a typical Tibetan folk song. It actually uses many musical elements of ethnic Dai's folk songs.

Dai Emblem and other Dai images:
http://sites.google.com/site/chn56ethnicities/Home/dai
This emblem was designed by an ethnic Dai Chinese designer. Golden phoenix is another name of the Dai people. Ethnic Dai people have an epic "Golden Phoenix". The traditional Dai dance is Phoenix Dance. The phoenix represents beauty. So many Dai poems call a beautiful girl or a princess a phoenix. The image of phoenix can be seen in Dai Baldachin and Dai Paper-cut Art. The Bamboo House is a traditional house of the Dai people. The Elephant-Leg Drum is Dai's traditional musical instrument. The images of golden phoenix, bamboo house and elephant-leg drum in this emblem express Dai people's pursuit for beauty, freedom, happiness, peace, and felicity.
