Chances are the tumblers are f*cked and that worn you could put anything in there and it would work, either that or youve removed some tumblers.

Use mine all the time and even works on some vag clutch locks with the right tension, the only one I coulden't do was a Skoda octavia, but the clutches are extremely light on them.
