This is the updated version of my age-old graahk RC guide. O btw I was lagging when I recorded so please excuse my slowness.
The reason I don't use small pouch is because with 3 you only do 2 banks and 2 crafts rather than 3 banks and 3 crafts. BELIEVE ME THIS IS FASTER. You might get a few extra nats per run with 4 pouches but it slows you down enough for it not to be worth it.
Setting up mouse keys (only for Windows XP):
1. Go to start
2. Click on control panel
3. Go to Accessibilty Options
4. Go to Mouse
5. Tick the box
6. Go to settings
7. Set the pointer top speed one notch below the highest
8. Go back to the control panel
9. Click on mouse
10. Set mouse speed one notch above the middle speed.
You must hold down the CTRL button for the mouse to jump. To use make the mouse jump use the arrow keys on the NUMBER PAD (use number 2 for withdrawing ess and banking nats). You can also set the mousekeys to work for other things, such as dropping items by fiddling about with speed settings.

I am confused to how you bank with the mousekeys.
You have two mouse buttons option selected on Runescape, and as far as I know, you cannot right click using solely the mouse keys, so if somebody would enlighten me into how to bank using mousekeys, it would be great!
(He says he uses mouse keys at 1:15)

@axedproductions you right click normally with your mouse. Just use the mousekeys to move the cursor that's all.
