Does anyone know why there's two versions of this song :S, the movie version and this one.. more than that, actually there's two different musical keys (The movie version is 1/2 tone up from this record), and the voices have some differences... maybe it doesn't have importance, but I'm just wondering why?

@infrarockers i assume that by saying 'the movie version' that you mean the performance of this by meres at the beginning of the film
that's because he is actually singing it then (or they recorded him singing it and synced it with that section of film or whatever - it is meres singing)
but this uploaded version is from a later part in the film, (when he is showing the music video to the record people?), where i think, he is lipsyncing (as you would in a video) "shudder to think" 's recoding
