PART 1 - Introduction to the Christian Remedy in Law

- All Law comes from God.

- God did not reject man, but man rejected being governed by God in favour of rule by man, which God ordains (allows) as a de jure (by right) form of government for a limited period of time.

- Man's secular (worldly, God-less) government was usurped by evil, corrupt men who do not believe in God and these few manipulate man's world under a system of de facto (unlawful, illegitimate, usurped) bankrupt public governments who are at the mercy of private bankers (false Jews).

- To gain jurisdiction over all of the people the de facto governments issue counterfeit BIRTH CERTIFICATES or "Citizenship" foundation identity documents which they will not authenticate.

- Ignorance is no excuse for not following either God's law or the imaginations of man's legal world. Because of their own lack of knowledge, or ignorance, most of the people do not know the true law and most of us fell prey to a false offer to allow us to think that we can be our own gods and the false ideology that we are in charge.

- This deception was facilitated and institutionalized within the past 100 years via the VITAL STATISTICS ACT and the issuance of the STATEMENT OF BIRTH and BIRTH CERTIFICATE (or CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE) and the SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER, which you did NOT create, issue, or sign for, which does NOT belong to you, and which is NOT YOUR IDENTITY. People then accept this as their "Name" when in fact it is NOT their name --- it is a false attachment (yoking) of a GIVEN Christian name to some THING that is an unbeliever anti-Christian surname belonging to another ---- creating a hybridized tradename (trademark), which is a legal fiction, a lie, a deceit.

- The private bankers allowed men to be deceived into accepting these government-issued counterfeit foundation identity documents and becoming surety for the property and debt of another for their own corrupt, evil and private gain.

- The secular (God-less) legal world and their courts operate an Old Covenant system penalizing & punishing unbelieving sinners where there is NO PARDON and NO REMEDY.

- The only REMEDY IN LAW to such unconsciounable & immoral participation of man's secular world is to accept Jesus Christ as your surety in all matters and to accept God's graced pardon for having partipated in this treason against God.
