[DOOM Historic] pre-v1.666 E1M4 bug

Big thanks to LogicDeLuxe for this bigger reason why the blue armor ledge deathmatch start in E1M4 was moved down below the ledge. (And also for making the unofficial changelog, shown here: http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/?id=12482 ... I wish I knew about it earlier as reference)

The problem here is that you can activate the door early when spawning up there, messing up the lift and causing it to go above its intended destination. In fact, as the video shows, it's possible to get stuck in the room behind the door.

V1.4 beta and v1.5 beta also had the deathmatch start on the ledge itself, so it's technically not "v1.0 - v1.2". This was fixed in v1.6 beta. (So this is technically "pre-v1.6b"?) Ehh.

I'm not playing deathmatch here, by the way. I'm just noclipping up (IDSPISPOPD) to the ledge in single player. It works the same way as if you spawn up there.

Pardon my ignorance, but how are you above 200% armour? Is this a glitch, or was it intentionally capped at 200 in later versions? I don't recall being able to go over 200 (though maybe I'm forgetful).
